560 deals, one clean pipeline
A transportation analytics company had outgrown HubSpot's default setup. I designed a nine-stage master pipeline, migrated all 560 existing deals into it with history intact, and deployed full MEDDPICC qualification as native fields. Then I built them a custom website form wired straight into HubSpot and a QR code for their sales collateral, so leads get captured in the field too.
