From IT Intern to Director of Business Systems
I started my career as an IT Intern at Xactly Corporation while studying Management Information Systems at San Jose State University. Within two years I went from reimaging laptops and writing bash scripts to architecting Salesforce integrations and leading M&A data migrations. That trajectory set the tone for everything that followed.
I spent three years at OpenGov building out cross-functional business systems, deploying Zuora Billing/CPQ, and creating end-to-end quote-to-cash processes across Sales, Finance, CS, and Professional Services. After that I joined Expel, a high-growth cybersecurity company, where I spent five years growing from Manager to Director of Business Systems. I ended up leading a team of eight across every major business function.
Along the way, I've been through an IPO, a PE acquisition by Vista Equity Partners, multiple M&A integrations, and led the charge on enterprise AI adoption before most companies were even talking about it. I thrive on defining clear processes where none exist, refining workflows that need improvement, and constantly finding ways to make operations run better.

GTM Process Optimization
End-to-end go-to-market operations, from lead-to-cash workflows and CPQ implementations to pricing and packaging overhauls. I streamline revenue operations so sales, marketing, and CS all work from one source of truth.
